I am Upasana Singh, a legal professional and educator specializing in criminal law, human rights, and mediation. Currently, I am pursuing a Doctorate (J.S.D.) and LL.M. at Cornell Law School, having previously completed an LL.M. in India. Over the years, I’ve taught and mentored students at institutions such as Bennett University and Delhi Metropolitan Education, focusing on constitutional law, criminal procedure, and mediation. As the founder and CEO of Accords International, I lead initiatives in alternative dispute resolution.
