Upasana Singh is the Founder and CEO of Accords International and holds the position of assistant professor at the Law School at Delhi Metropolitan Education, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi. Currently, she holds the position of Reviewer with ILI Law Review and Executive Editor of DME Journal of Law. She is also a Fellow with Global Policy Insights, a centralist policy institute based in India, USA, and UK.
Co-Founder and COO
Akanksha Marwah is an academician first and then an entrepreneur. She has been teaching air and space law, criminal procedure, constitutional law and cyber laws since 2019 in GGSIPU and Jamia Millia Islamia. She is currently researching in areas pertaining to Restorative Justice, Cyberbullying, Sexual Harassment at Workplace, and Juvenile Justice. She delivers sessions on Restorative Justice and its application in different areas of law.
Associate Vice President
Kriti is an academician by profession at GGSIP University. She holds experience of more than 6 years of working with law firms, think tanks and with nodal agencies of Government like Ministry of Environment Forest and Climate Change, National Legal Services Authority. Her areas of expertise are Criminal Law, Constitutional law, Environmental Laws, ADR, Commercial laws and Sustainability laws. She is presently working on her book on the topic domestic violence.
Fellow and CSO
Megha Chaturvedi is an advocate, dispute resolution professional, and IMI qualified mediator. Her area of practice includes IPR laws, employment disputes, and civil and corporate matters. She is pursuing her LL.M. in International and European Business Law from Postgraduate Centre, University of Vienna. She has completed a Specialisation course in U.S. IPR Laws from University of Pennsylvania, U.S and Specialization in Mediation, Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from ESSEC Business School, France.
